  • Some individuals meet just three or four times to work on specific issues.
  • Other athletes meet periodically when they face unique issues.
  • Teams will often meet together four or five times to work on team formation, team dynamics, and sport psychology skills.
  • Each individual and team session is personalized and developed to meet the needs of the individual or team.
  • Sessions typically consist of worksheets, discussions, and activities.
  • Most athletes and performers enjoy the discussions and activities and look forward to the next session.
  • Sessions are usually scheduled every two weeks so there is ample time to practice and use the skills taught between sessions.
  • Sessions can be scheduled in the evenings or weekend. All sessions are confidential, educational, and interactive.
